• Additional requirements needed if applicant is personally invited by a Korean or a company in Korea

• For employees:

  • Certificate of employment

• For businessmen/self employed:

  • Photocopy of Business Registration (DTI/SEC)

  • Photocopy of Business permit or Mayor’s Permit

• For students:

  • School certificate (original)

  • Copy of school ID

  • Parent’s documents (requirements for employed/self employed)

  • If traveling with family: PSA birth certificate

• For retirees:

  • Copy of Senior Citizen ID

Kindly be advised that all requirements are to be printed/photocopied in A4 paper. If the applicant is not able to submit some of the requirements - such as ITR, a letter of explanation is needed. But it is highly advised that the applicant submits the complete requirements for higher chances of approval.

Credit card holders of BDO Gold and BDO Elite Credit Card (excluding supplementary credit card holders) are exempted from submitting requirements such as bank certificate, bank statement, and ITR (for credit card holders and family members). Other documents such as proof of relationship are required. (Note: exempted documents may still be submitted as per embassy's discretion).
